RigInvoice provides AI-powered invoice automation tools for owner-operator truck drivers. The service includes BOL document scanning, data extraction, invoice generation, and document management.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate business information for invoice generation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RigInvoice only for lawful purposes related to freight invoice management. You may not upload fraudulent documents or generate invoices for services not rendered.

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

RigInvoice uses AI to extract data from uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all extracted data before generating invoices. RigInvoice is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data that you approve.

6. Invoice Disclaimer

Invoices generated by RigInvoice are tools to assist your billing process. RigInvoice does not guarantee payment from brokers or carriers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of invoices you generate and submit.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. RigInvoice retains ownership of the software, design, and AI models. You grant RigInvoice a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RigInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall RigInvoice be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RigInvoice at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
